​Aditi Rao Hydari's Omelette Chutney Recipe​

Aditi Rao Hydari loves to begin her day with eggs for breakfast and as per her recent interviews, she enjoys it the most with a unique South Indian chutney called Ellipaya Karam. Take a look at her Omelette-Chutney recipe that one can try at home.

​Ingredients required​

1 1/2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 onion, 2 green chillies, salt to taste, 3 eggs, 7 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp chilli powder, 1 tsp cumin, and salt to taste

​Step 1​

Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste to it. Sauté for 30 seconds.

​Step 2​

Add sliced onion and cook until they turn pinkish.

​Step 3​

Now, add green chillies, salt to taste and break open 3 eggs. Make sure not to stir them.

Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.

In the meantime, made the chutney using a mixer or a mortar and pestle using garlic cloves, chilli powder, cumin, and salt to taste.
