4 red chillies, 1 cinnamon stick, 2 cloves, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp urad dal, 1 tsp chana dal, 2 tsp fenugreek seeds, 1 tbsp coriander seeds, 1 marati moggu, 1 tbsp dried coconut, 3/4 cup rice, 1/2 cup toor dal, 3 tbsp tamarins, 1 tsp jaggery, salt to taste, 1 capsicum, 4-6 French beans, 2 tbsp ghee, 1 sprig curry leaves, 10 cashews, 1 pinch hing, 1 tsp mustard seeds, and 1 red chilli

Dry roast red chillies, chana dal, urad dal, coriander seeds, cloves, cinnamon, moggu, methi and cumin seeds.

Let them cool down and blend into a fine powder.

Pressure cook rice and dal along with enough water for 3-5 whistles.

Soak the tamarind in water and to this add bisi bele bath powder, jaggery, and salt. Mix well.

Heat a pan and add ghee and the vegetables to it.

Pour water and cook veggies until they are 70 percent done.

Add the tamarind mix, cooked rice and dal. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.

To this, add the tempering of ghee, curry leaves, mustard seeds, and cashews. Serve hot.
