Alive Capital is a Romanian company founded in 2013 by Giacomo Billi (CEO) along with experts that have decades of experience in the electricity sector. Initially established with the aim of providing integrated management services for renewable energy producers in Romania, the company obtained authorization from the National Regulatory Authority for Energy (ANRE) in 2016 to operate as an energy supplier and trader. Currently, Alive Capital is registered and active on the most significant centralized energy markets. Furthermore, at the beginning of 2021, Alive Capital expanded its portfolio by becoming an E-RES producer through the acquisition of the Frumuseni photovoltaic power plant. After ten years since its establishment, the company has emerged as a benchmark in the Romanian market, setting high standards and demonstrating efficiency in integrated management services tailored to E-RES producers. Its diverse portfolio now encompasses domestic and international clients, varying from private investors and multinationals to banks and institutions. Additionally, the company caters to a broad spectrum of technologies, including wind, solar, hydro, biomass, and biogas. The company takes pride in its outstanding achievement of swiftly acquiring a customer portfolio representing over 16.35% of the total E-RES producers in Romania and approximately 26.75% of the PV capacities in the country. This success underscores its significant growth prospects for the near future. As of the beginning of May 2024, our services benefit E-RES production units with an installed capacity of 782 MW, while around 400 MW benefit from our Asset Management services. Specializing in energy management and energy supply, Alive Capital directs its focus towards renewable energy generated from wind, solar, and hydro power sources.
