🌍 Connecting in the Danube Region: Shaping the Future Together! 🚀 Plan-C Lead Partner #BusinessUpperAustria represented by Iris Reingruber Reinbruger connected with new and long-standing partners, including Alexandra Görz (EUSDR PA8, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Tourism Baden-Württemberg) and Madeleine Koch (Innovation Salzburg GmbH), at the national networking event "verNETZt im Donauraum – Creating Connections, Shaping the Future" on March 10–11, 2025, in Linz. 💡 Thank you for the valuable exchange! Strengthening existing collaborations, meeting new contacts, gaining fresh insights into projects and programs, and exploring synergies for successful project implementation were at the heart of the event. 📢 Promoviranje principa cirkluarnosti u plastičnoj i mašinskoj industriji jedan je od ciljeva Plan C projekta – Moving Plastic and mAchine iNdustry towards Circularity koji okuplja 14 partnera iz devet zemalja Dunavske regije. 📌 Kada je riječ o cirkularnosti različite su prakse reparacije i reciklaže starih mašina i plastike u zemljama Dunavske regije. Svaka zemlja ima svoje pozitivne primjere i prakse a koje se kroz Plan C projekat nastoje podijeliti i promovirati. 🤝 U Budimpešti je 04. i 05.02. 2025. godine održan drugi po redu sastanak upravljačkog odbora Plan C projekta. Ovo je bila jedinstvena prilika da se projektni partneri zajednički osvrnu na do sada urađeno u sklopu projekta kao i da se isplaniraju naredni koraci među kojima je i organizacija konferencije u Bratislavi planirane za 21. i 22. maj. 🚀 Fondacija za inovacije, tehnologiju i transfer znanja dala je svoj doprinos u Budimpešti kao partner iz Bosne i Hercegovine gdje smo na transnacionalnoj peer-level radionici zajedno radili sa projektnim partnerima iz Mađarske i Njemačke i podjelili svoja iskustva i znanja iz oblasti cirkularnosti u mašinskoj industriji. Više o projektu 👇 https://lnkd.in/dHTi6YRu 📢 Promoting the principles of circularity in the plastic and machinery industries is one of the objectives of the Plan C project – Moving Plastic and Machine Industry towards Circularity, which brings together 14 partners from nine countries in the Danube region. 📌 When it comes to circularity, there are different practices of repair and recycling of old machines and plastic in the Danube region countries. Each country has its positive examples and practices, which are being shared and promoted through the Plan C project. 🤝 The second meeting of the Steering Committee of the Plan C project was held in Budapest on February 4th and 5th, 2025. This was a unique opportunity for project partners to reflect on the work done so far and plan the next steps, including the organization of a conference in Bratislava, scheduled for May 21st and 22nd. 🚀 Foundation for Innovation, Technology and transfer of Knowledge contributed in Budapest as a partner from Bosnia and Herzegovina, where we worked together with project partners from Hungary and Germany during a transnational peer-level workshop, sharing our experiences and knowledge in the field of circularity in the machinery industry. Over 70 representatives of clusters from Romania, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine attended the 10th winter informal meeting of the Romanian Cluster Association, organised in cooperation with the Regional Development Agency North East and ASTRICO North East Cluster on February 7-8 in Piatra Neamt. The hottest topic on the agenda was discussion on the cluster support schemes under the ERDF Regional Programmes North East, South East, South, Bucharest-Ilfov and Centre in the presence of the representatives of the concerned RDAs. The meeting was a good oportunity for the exchange of information and best practices from several projects such as Danube Programme - Plan C, Danube Programme-DanubIA, Innovation Norway -ReGreen VR, Wallachia eHub followed by a party long into the night. On the 2nd day, participants enjoyed a lovely winter excursion to Petru Voda Monastery. Next major event of the Romanian cluster familiy is the Clusters Meet Regions conference 7 matchmaking event organised by the Northern Transylvania Cluster Consortium in cooperation with RDA North West under the auspices of the European Cluster Collaboration Platform between 30 June and 2 July in Cluj.

A great consortium of 14 Partners involved Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Moldova, Serbia, Slovakia and Romania, with the support of the #InterregDanubeRegion Programme is working on integrating the #plasticsindustry and the #machineindustry into the #circulareconomy The 2nd Plan-C Steering Committee Meeting was organized in Budapest, 04-05/02/2025. 📌 prototypes are being prepared with the involvement of companies 📌 the guidelines will be published soon 📍 Next meeting with the Midterm Conference will be organized in May, in Slovakia 📸 : Nóra Szőllősi
