The state-of-the-art facility will feature two specialized operating rooms dedicated exclusively to treating young patients with severe burns, 10 critical-care beds, 16 ICU beds for post-critical care, and 10 beds dedicated to microsurgery and reconstructive surgery. The center will also include a specialized outpatient clinic to provide high-quality medical consultations and ongoing care. We are thrilled to announce the beginning of construction for the Craiova Regional Emergency Hospital (SRU)! 🏗️🏥 This state-of-the-art medical facility will feature 807 inpatient beds and 45 day-care beds, organized into six specialized medical centers, providing essential healthcare services to the community. The project is designed to serve over 250,000 patients annually and will include cutting-edge facilities, such as a ground-level heliport with direct access to the Emergency Reception Unit, capable of accommodating Black Hawk S70 helicopters. The main building will have a 2S+P+5E structure, incorporating the latest medical technologies to ensure top-quality healthcare services. This major investment is led by the MINISTERUL SANATATII, through the Agenția Națională pentru Dezvoltarea Infrastructurii în Sănătate. We’re excited to share the launch of two new projects that represent significant contributions to Romania’s development. The first is the Caracal Swimming Pool Project, a modern facility spanning 2,499.78 sqm. It includes a swimming pool measuring 25x15.4 m, with seating for 124 spectators. The project also features sports halls, a gym, an aerobic room, changing rooms, pedestrian alleys totaling 1,569.17 sqm, parking and driveways covering 185.24 sqm, and 1,466.61 sqm of green spaces. The second project is the Techirghiol Balneotherapy Center, a state-of-the-art facility designed for relaxation and health recovery. Built on a 2,207 sqm site, it will include SPA facilities, a medical office, technical spaces, a dining hall with 200 seats, a lacto-bar, a terrace, and accommodation consisting of 14 double rooms and 2 single rooms. Through these projects, Concelex reinforce its commitment to deliver sustainable, innovative infrastructure that enhances communities and improves lives.
