Since then, different events have made us one of the most expert and cutting-edge bakery companies in the sector of frozen doughs for bread, viennoiseries, pastries and snacks. Our history reveals our origins, which are rooted in traditional baking. Perseverance and care are our best allies. Nature, our inspiration. Tradition, our starting point. Today, we celebrate an essential staple in our daily lives: bread and the craft of the baker. Happy #WorldBreadDay! 🥖👨🏼🍳 #Bread has evolved into healthier and more nutritious options, with varieties that include whole grains, long fermentation processes and different types of seeds. The #bakery industry is able to identify and offer breads that are adapted to new trends and needs, improving the experience for both consumers and bakery professionals. From our six Cereal (Center for Research Europastry Advanced Lab), where we have more than 60 specialists in bakery #innovation, we study and analyze the main trends for the development of new products. In 2023, we invested more than 107 million euros in R&D and Technology, allowing us to launch over 480 new products to the market, in addition to developing more than 1,500 R&D projects.
