🌞 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐟𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐉𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐊𝐄𝐓 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 🍝: We hosted a homemade pasta workshop led by David, where we learned how to make pasta from scratch, all the way to 𝒅𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒐𝒖𝒔 𝒓𝒂𝒗𝒊𝒐𝒍𝒊 𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒊 𝒄𝒐𝒏 𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒐𝒕𝒕𝒂 𝒆 𝒏𝒐𝒄𝒊. 🧀🥟 From kneading the dough to stuffing each ravioli with love (and a lot of ricotta!), David guided us step by step. The result? Pure Italian perfection. 🇮🇹✨ And of course, it wouldn’t be an authentic Italian experience without some prosecco to top it off! 🥂🍾 But hey, we're not just about cooking and eating (though we do love that 🍴). The pasta workshop was part of our 𝑱𝑹 𝑻𝒆𝒄𝒉𝑭𝒊𝒕 initiative—a challenge where our community collectively walks, runs, cycles, swims etc. We’ve already hit 10,000 km together, but the ultimate goal is to reach 20,000 km as a team! 👟🏃♂️ This workshop was a well-deserved reward for our fitness achievements—a perfect blend of activity and indulgence! 🎉 Big thanks to David for teaching us the art of pasta-making and to everyone who joined in for the fun. At 𝑱𝑼𝑺𝑻𝑹𝑶𝑪𝑲𝑬𝑻, we’re not just building products or projects, we’re building a 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚. Whether it’s around a kitchen table, on a hiking trail, or in a tech sprint—everyone’s welcome. 🚀

🌟 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐲 𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞! 🇮🇹🍕🍹🌟 Last week’s Thirsty Thursday wasn’t just about pizza and Aperol Spritz (though they were amazing!), it was a reminder of what we’re truly building here at JUSTROCKET – a community. A place where we come together not just as colleagues, but as people who share more than just a job title. Being part of this community means embracing shared passions, whether it’s collaborating on exciting projects, discussing new ideas, or even bonding over the same hobbies — like the love for Vespa rides in our small Vespa club! 🛵 It’s all about open-mindedness and building something great for the future, together. What’s cool? To join, there’s no membership card needed — just a free and open mindset 💡 We grow stronger with every new face and fresh perspective. It was exciting to have Natali, a first-timer at our events, capture the evening with her stunning photography. Seeing our Community House through new eyes was truly inspiring — thank you, Natali! 📸 And a very special Thank you to Suciu Flaviu, coder by the day and Pizzaiolo by night ❤️🔥 Whether you’re a coder, creator, Vespa enthusiast, or simply someone with big ideas, we invite you to be a part of what we’re building. It’s more than just work — it’s a place where you belong🍃

🌍 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐂 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥: 𝐀 𝐉𝐑 𝐂𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐩 🌍 At JUSTROCKET, collaboration is the heart of every great partnership. Not so long ago, we hosted an exciting edition of JR Coffee Chat, led by the wonderful Ramona. She guided us through an engaging session titled: "How We Collaborate with People from Different Cultures, Using the DISC Model & Having Fun with an Activity, While at It". Here's a recap of the fun and learning that unfolded 👇 We kicked things off with an insightful discussion on communication and collaboration between people from different cultural backgrounds. Ramona got us thinking about how we interact with others and what makes these interactions successful (or not!). 💬 Interactive Activity: Next, we dove into a fun and interactive exercise! Each of us picked notes with random topics, teamed up with a colleague, and had a discussion based on the options we drew. The goal? To share opinions and see how well we understood each other on a variety of topics. After each round, we switched notes, partners, and perspectives! 🗣️ 🧠 Introduction to the DISC Model: Ramona introduced the DISC Model, which describes behavior through four traits: Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C). We identified our own traits and grouped up for a challenge, comparing approaches to different topics. It was eye-opening to see how each trait influenced communication and teamwork💡 In the end, we discussed how these traits complement one another, helping us collaborate more effectively 🤝 A huge thanks to Ramona Teodora Pop for leading such a fun and insightful session! 🎉

This event is more than just a gathering—it's a cornerstone of our collaborative spirit, designed to bring together in person our partners and teams for a week of connection and community-building 🏡 Our community builders, Ata Szabó, Andra Hada, Manuel Wesch, David Baus, & Gelu C. Pācurar, worked tirelessly to organize this gathering and all kinds of activities. Some led the sessions, while others managed the logistics, ensuring that every detail contributed to an unforgettable experience. A big thank you to them for their dedication and passion! 🙌 Here’s a quick look back at what we did: 🍲 𝐉𝐑 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐋𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡: Manuel and David whipped up a delicious homemade meal for everyone. These sessions fostered learning, growth, and meaningful conversations. 💪📸 Morning Workout & Photo Portrait Session with Gelu C. The energy and innovation were truly inspiring! 💆♂️ Massage Session: A new favorite—15 minutes of pure relaxation, focusing on well-being and self-care. It was the perfect way to recharge during a busy week. 🇵🇹 Portuguese Night: We ended the JR Partner Week with a vibrant Portuguese-themed evening that brought Lisbon to Cluj-Napoca. David Baus prepared authentic dishes like Bolinho de Bacalhau and Bifana, alongside a spread of delicious starters. With live Fado music and a DJ spinning the night away, it was an unforgettable celebration of our diverse and lively community. A huge thank you to everyone who made this Partner Week truly special—from our partners Sophie from Impower GmbH, Anian and Sascha from Operations1, and Simon from UpUp, who traveled to join us, to the community members who filled the Community House with great energy. We missed those who couldn’t make it this time, and we hope to see everyone at the next one! We’re already looking forward to creating more memories together. Until then, let’s keep the spirit of collaboration and community alive! 🚀
