What an incredible event! 🤩 It's hard to believe it was only the inaugural edition of the Cluj People & Culture Society organized by SPOR - Școala Pentru Oameni Responsabili. With 180 participants, engaging topics, abundant learning opportunities, loads of fun, and the perfect touch of a good glass of wine—it truly exceeded all expectations! Both speakers in this edition were truly fantastic. There's a lot to reflect on and learn from their presentations. ✨ Adrian Florea provided a captivating overview of the STELL*R model, guiding us through the significant challenges organizations face and the factors disrupting them. ✨ Liana Precup shared insights on fostering psychological safety in organizations by highlighting key moments in our workplace interactions.
