📢 We are proud to share that our colleague Mihai Baesu authors the editorial of the last edition of the Curierul Judiciar legal magazine, synthesizing a comprehensive paper on the #AdministrativeAct, the main legal form of the activity of #PublicAdministration authorities. 📌 This pragmatic role of the administrative act generates a perpetual need to deepen and develop the theory of the administrative act. In this spirit, the issue of the journal "The Administrative Act on a Mission" includes contributions relevant to the theory of the administrative act that are deeply rooted in the practice of public administration and administrative courts. 📌 The publication by the Government last autumn of the preliminary theses of the (long-awaited) long-awaited Code of Administrative Procedure is an additional reason that mobilized the energy of the authors' team to publish these studies dedicated to the administrative act. 📌 Taken as a whole, these studies do not form a general overview of the theory of administrative acts as one might find in the pages of a university course. Nevertheless, each of the contributions by the authors of this issue of the journal demonstrates the theoretical depth needed to fully understand the practical implications of issuing, enforcing and challenging administrative acts. 📌 Caught somewhere between the inert letter of the law and the often dizzying dynamism of social life, the administrative act has always shouldered the heavy burden of transforming the abstract will of the legislator into reality. 🙏 We are grateful to all the authors who, through their contributions, support this mission to offer such insightful perspectives on this topic!
