Today at Ukraine House Cluj - Клуж, Румунія, we had an informative meeting hosted by the UNHCR România and the World Health Organization Office for Romania. Ukrainians in Cluj learned about how the Romanian healthcare system works and the role of a family doctor. We also discussed how the health insurance system operates and what free services are available for Ukrainians. It was a fantastic opportunity to get valuable information and ask all the questions we had. A huge thank you to our medical support specialist, Anna Mokan, who has been helping hundreds of Ukrainians in Cluj for years. Your efforts in facilitating such an effective dialogue are greatly appreciated!

Empower Youth, Build Peace: Support PATRIR’s Youth and Education Program! Donate now: https://lnkd.in/dK6Qa8PE Your support for PATRIR’s Youth and Education Program helps address one of our society’s most urgent issues: youth disengagement from civic life. When young people feel excluded, communities can become divided, and tensions rise. Why This Matters: A lack of proactive education that fosters tolerance and social cohesion leaves youth disconnected and unprepared for active citizenship, which can lead to long-term community divisions. Through peace and global education, however, we can turn this around, building the empathy and cooperation that underpin a culture of peace. Your support today can help us prevent future cycles of division and promote a society that thrives on inclusivity and social responsibility. How PATRIR is Making a Difference: Our program adopts a comprehensive approach, from formal classroom initiatives to hands-on community engagement. Key initiatives include: 👉Youth Training & Support: We run workshops and training sessions equipping youth with essential skills for community engagement. 👉Inclusive Curricula Development: Our team creates innovative, inclusive teaching frameworks to support engaged learning. Community-Based Education Programs: Through school and non-formal education, we create meaningful, impactful learning experiences beyond traditional settings. 👉SMART Hubs & Multi-Stakeholder Roundtables: These collaborative platforms unite youth, educators, policymakers, and community leaders to drive innovation in education policies. 👉Policy Advocacy and Research: We work at every level to ensure educational models are inclusive, contributing to safer, more supportive environments that discourage bullying, radicalization, and extremism. With your contribution, PATRIR can continue to expand and strengthen our Youth and Education Program. Here’s how your support makes a difference: 👉Educational Resources Development: Donations help us create and share materials that encourage peace education and civic engagement. 👉Expanding Training & Engagement Programs: With more resources, we can reach additional young people, equipping them with critical life skills. 👉Enhancing Community Participation: Support from donors allows youth to engage in local projects that address the issues they care about. 👉Research & Knowledge Sharing: Donations enable ongoing research, helping us evolve and adapt our approaches for maximum community impact. By supporting the Youth and Education Program, you’re investing in a generation of change-makers who prioritize peace, understanding, and active community engagement. 👉 Donate now: https://lnkd.in/dK6Qa8PE Find out more about our program lines: https://patrir.ro/donate/ #YouthEmpowerment #EducationMatters #PeaceEducation #ActiveCitizenship #CommunityEngagement #SupportYouth #MakeADifference

Last week, as part of the national program "Scoala Altfel" we were present at "Ion Creangă" and "Nicolae Iorga" Secondary Schools in Cluj-Napoca, where we held interactive #workshops on #bullying prevention using non-formal education. Through practical activities, discussions, and real-life-inspired scenarios, students learned about #empathy, #respect, and how to stand up to bullying in a positive way. By creating a #safe #space for open conversations, we support young people in building a school community where, together, we make a difference!
