Kako efikasno upravljati krizom i zaštititi reputaciju kompanije - bila je tema interaktivne radionice koju je održala Natalija Rackovic, za članove Belgijsko-srpske poslovne asocijacije, Helenskog privrednog udruženja i Komore italijansko-srpskih privrednika, u punoj sali SAINT TEN Hotel. Tokom predavanja, generalna direktorka V+O Communication je istakla da je reputacija kompanije uvek na testu i da se kompleksnost komunikacije značajno povećala i ubrzala u eri duštvenih mreža. Kriza nije nešto što je rezervisano samo za pojedine industrije, kao što je to bio slučaj ranije, već se može desiti u bilo kojoj industrijskoj grani, kao rezultat internih događaja, neadekvatne komunikacije kompanija putem različitih komunikacionih platformi, ali i kao rezultat dešavanja u industriji ili na globalnom nivou. Zato je posebno važno da kompanije razumeju tržište, trendove, industriju, ali i svoju publiku i da ih uz puno poštovanja uključe u u svoj rad, jer su oni istovremeno i primalac i pošiljalac poruke.   Učesnici su imali priliku i da saznaju da li i na koji način kompanije mogu predvideti krizu i zašto je priručnik kriznih komunikacija toliko važan, kao i trening javnog nastupa ključnih članova tima u delu pripreme za reagovanje na krizu. We are proud to have been among the organizers of the first major #CEBAC (Council of European Business Associations and Chambers in Serbia) event, the Expo 2027 Conference, held on September 18th! The conference brought together over 200 member-ompanies, offering valuable insights into the details and plans for the upcoming EXPO 2027. Presentations were given by Dušan Borovčanin, the General Director of EXPO 2027 Belgrade, and Boris Bjelica, the General Director of the Serbian Construction Directorate. Expo 2027 is set to bring significant opportunities to the Serbian economy, including the arrival of over 100 delegations from around the world, the organization of around 8,000 parallel events, and millions of visitors. The first CEBAC conference was supported by - Mega Concept and Sauter, along with: Alumil, Alu Koenig Stahl, Butangas, Enerplan, dm drogeriemarkt Beograd, JAF Nova Pazova, Klett, Patent Co, Datalab Panteon, Raiffeisen Bank, Strabag, and Rauch. VIVES University of Applied Sciences Honours Degree Bootcamp has come to an end, but its impact is still buzzing among the students! So, what did the second part of this fantastic bootcamp look like? 👉 We were welcomed by Sebastian Balos at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad for a captivating session on electric vehicles (Bane Popadic) and lab tour (Dejan Movrin) 🤝 Vladimir Todorovic linked us up with the startup community at Naučno-tehnološki park Novi Sad/ Science and Technology Park Novi Sad. Marija Lesjak and Filip Injac, by sharing your startup story, you inspired the students to discover the entrepreneur within themselves. 💭 After many fascinating discussions, the students raised the the question: the technology is ready, but how do we shift the human mindset to enable a transition towards a sustainable future? ☝ How do students bring people along with their vision for the future? EyeSee shed light on this question through behavioural research, using a TikTok case and offering concrete tips and tricks (Sanja Ćopić) And of course, the network always wins – a truth well known to Hugo van Veghel BSBA/BSPA and ambassador Cathy Buggenhout. During a networking lunch at the Belgian Embassy in Serbia, the Ambassador brought together all the partners and the Ministry of Education of Serbia, Ministarstvo prosvete. This was a truly unique experience that seriously challenged the students' skill sets, from social and international competencies to entrepreneurial and 21st-century skills. ☀️ Belgian-Serbian Business Association and Hrvatski Poslovni Klub had the great pleasure of organizing a visit for their member-companies to the DeLasol powerplant, the largest solar power plant in the country in terms of size and power, built by our joint-member, MT-KOMEX, on the territory of the municipality of Lapovo, spanning an area of 12.5 hectares. Thank you, Miloš Kostić, for providing our members with an enlightening tour of the power plant and giving them a valuable opportunity to gain insights into the plant's operations and its significant role in shaping the energy landscape of Serbia. After the tour, our members had a great opportunity for networking and knowledge exchange over lunch at the charming Vinarija Stari Hrast, graciously hosted by MT KOMEX.
