This International Housekeeping Week we shined a spotlight on a remarkable #HSK team at Crowne Plaza Belgrade! From a relaxing massages for every team member to a thrilling pillow making competition and valuable gifts, it was a week full of showing love, fun and appreciation to our hardworking colleagues from HSK department! Our talented #housekeeping staff showcased their skills inseriting the pillow into pillowcase, competing against the clock for speed, precision and attention to details. Winners were awarded for their exceptional abilities and dedication. The golden winner of the competition was Nikola Subotin making three pillows in just 33 seconds, silver medal won Nevena Titelski who was 2 seconds behind Nikola and Shristi Pakhrin won the third place inserting pillow into a pillow case for 36 seconds! This fun competition was judged fairly by our Housekeeping Manager Jovana Loncar and HR Manager Nina Maslać. We are thankful to all our HSK colleagues for being the backbone of our operations and stewards of #hospitality! You make all the difference not just this week but all year around!💫 Ove Međunarodne nedelje domaćinstva slavili smo izuzetnost HSK tima hotela Crowne Plaza Belgrade! Od opuštajućih masaža za svakog člana tima do uzbudljivog takmičenja u navlačenju jastučnica i vrednih poklona, bila je ovo nedelja puna ljubavi i zabave, nedelja kada smo odali posebnu počast našim vrednim kolegama iz Odeljenja Domaćinstva! Naše vredne kolege pokazale su svoje veštine u nameštanju jastuka, takmičeći se u brzini i preciznosti, obraćajući pažnju na detalje. Pobednici su nagrađeni prigodnim nagradama, a pobednik takmičenja bio je Nikola Subotin koji je spremio tri jastuka za samo 33 sekunde, srebrnu medalju osvojila je Nevena Titelski koja je 2 sekunde bila iza Nikole, dok je Šristi Pahrin je osvojila treće mesto ubacivši tri jastuka u jastučnicu za celih 36 sekundi! Naša Menadžerka Odeljenja Domaćinstva Jovana Loncar i Menadžerka Odeljenja Ljudskih Resursa, Nina Maslać bile su pravedne sudije ovog zabavnog nadmetanja! Zahvaljujemo svim našim divnim kolegama iz odeljenja domaćinstva što ste bili i ostali okosnica našeg poslovanja i glavna karika našeg gostoprimstva! Our colleague Jasna, Front Office Supervisor, had the opportunity to visit the InterContinental Ljubljana hotel where she spent 15 days in the reception team. That experience gave her an insight into the functioning of the operating process of the "heart" of this renowned 5-star hotel. In cooperation with her colleagues, Jasna saw on practical examples the differences and similarities between hotel business inside and outside the EU. This training brought to our team a valuable amount of new ideas and a fresh perspective on the approach to solving the daily challenges that are an integral part of the hotel business. With this project of development and investment in human resources, through training, knowledge exchange and travel, we contribute to the excellence of the Crowne Plaza Belgrade hotel, which provides its guests with special value and top service. Naša koleginica Jasna, Front Office Supervizor je imala priliku da poseti hotel InterContinental Ljubljana gde je provela 15 dana u timu recepcije. To iskustvo joj je omogućilo uvid u funkcionisanje operativnog procesa “srca” ovog renomiranog hotela od 5 zvezdica. U saradnji sa kolegama, Jasna je videla na praktičnim primerima u čemu su razlike i sličnosti poslovanja hotela unutar i van EU. Ovo usavršavanje našem timu je donelo vrednu količinu novih ideja i svež pogled na pristup rešavanju svakodnevnih izazova koji su sastavni deo hotelskog biznisa.
