This update promises a more personalized and efficient Copilot experience. 👯 Introducing Team Copilot: A New Team Member for Enhanced Collaboration Team Copilot expands Copilot for Microsoft 365 from a personal AI assistant to a collaborative team member. It facilitates meetings, manages group collaborations, and oversees project management tasks, making teamwork more productive and seamless. Hey, ChatGPT! Let’s figure out if you and AI are necessary in real life! While OpenAI announces the new ChatGPT 4o model, we decided to analyze whether it can help us and how to compare the benefits of transitioning to the latest model. Background: Six months ago, we used ChatGPT to assist our support team. In the Telegram bot that helps create service requests from their messages, we integrated a step that generates the request title using AI from the message text. This was supposed to speed up the process of creating requests and reduce the workload on employees. Employees can use the titles suggested by ChatGPT or make their own changes. To evaluate the performance of ChatGPT, we conducted an analysis comparing the titles it generated with the final titles used by employees. Our sample included more than 100 titles, which were compared in two ways: by characters and by words. Results show that in 60% of cases, ChatGPT generates titles that employees then use. The hypothesis that such a tool in facilitates work and saves time has been successfully tested – it works! 🕺 Next, we will automatically determine the type of request (Question/Request/Problem).
