About us
Partners for Democratic Change Serbia (Partners Serbia) is a civil society organization with the goal of advancing civil society and institutional development in Serbia and across the Balkans through a focus on building local capacity and relying on local expertise. It was founded in 2008 under the Partners for Sustainable Leadership Project, supported by the General Electric Foundation, offering locally - tailored solutions to the institutions and communities around it in the fields of change and conflict management, rule of law, democracy and human rights, and civil society development.
