🙌 Launch of the BOOST project in Tirana! On 29 & 30 April, we had the pleasure of traveling to Tirana, Albania, to celebrate the launch of the BOOST project as a partner organization. 🤝 This event was a fantastic opportunity to discuss European challenges and present the BOOST project. ⚡️BOOST - Balkan for Optimising Opportunities, Sustainability and Transformation of Civil Society, funded by the Agence Française de Developpement, is a transformative initiative designed to empower civil society in promoting sustainable development across the Western Balkans. The mission is clear: 🤸♂️ Strengthening youth engagement 🚀 Fostering entrepreneurship 🌱 Protecting the environment 🖼 Preserving cultural heritage Together, we aim to foster positive change across the region ☀ BOOST is coordinated by ALDA in partnership with LEADER France, Pulse SOS, Pulse Balkans, LDA Mostar, LDA Kosovo, LDA Nikšić, LDA Zavidovići, LDA Prijedor, LDA Subotica, LDA Central and Southern Serbia and the Urban Research Institute Albania.

Last Friday, at #SIF2024, we were able to learn about the experience of social entrepreneurs, and we gained a clear insight into the prospects for the development of the social economy in our region through lively discussions. 🗨 🗣 During the panel session "Unlocking the potential - access to knowledge and financing as a catalyst for rural development and youth entrepreneurship", Goran Radlovački, PULSE Balkans Manager, presented the project RISE - Regional Incubator for Social Entrepreneurs 🙌 alongside Jelena Kasumovic, Regional Manager of REDI, with the project ‘Economic Inclusion of Roma and Other Vulnerable Groups in Southern Serbia; @Marija Radovanović Niklanović, Project Manager from the German Organisation for International Cooperation (GIZ), who presented the project ‘Opportunities for Youth in Rural Areas in Serbia’; Selena Jovanović, Entrepreneur from the Rural Tourist Home in Sunčev breg; and Tijana Koprivica, Chief Business Sustainability Officer at Delta Holding, who presented the project ‘Our Village. ‘  A truly inspiring event by Smart Kolektiv ! ✨ #SocialEconomy #SocialEntrepreneurship #WesternBalkans

Get to know the RISE social entrepreneurs of the WB6 region! 🔥 The RISE Regional Bootcamp was successfully organized in Bečići, Montenegro, gathering 22 young social entrepreneurs, trainers, experts, partners, and decision-makers in the region. 📌 👉 The #risers deepened their knowledge through workshops on topics such as #businessmodel, #branding & #pitching, #finances, #sales and #marketing. 🎯During the 4-day Bootcamp, young entrepreneurs were also guided by experts on how to turn their prototypes into reality. They had a chance to bond with each other and visit the city of Budva, as well. 💬We're excited to see the innovative solutions brought to life and have a positive social and environmental impact within the RISE project!

🚀 Exciting news from Pulse Balkans! 🚀 The RISE Bootcamp recently brought together 22 social entrepreneurs in Bečići, Montenegro, for four days of inspiration and collaboration. Here's a glimpse into the action-packed agenda: 👏 Opening Session: The bootcamp kicked off with inspiring remarks from Mr. Thomas Nommer, Mr. Đorđije Brkuljan, Ms. Rosanda Jocović, Mr. Johann Uhres, Ms. Ardita Bonatti, and Mr. Goran Radlovački, highlighting the power of collaboration and social impact. 🤝 Ice-Breaking Sessions: Young entrepreneurs from the Western Balkans got to know each other through intercultural activities, setting a vibrant mood for the bootcamp. 🔧 Coaching Sessions: Local incubators provided personalized coaching sessions workshops on prototyping, marketing, sales, and finances, which provided essential advice to the entrepreneurs on turning their prototypes into reality. 🎬 Video Production: Participants had the opportunity to produce video interviews showcasing their ideas for impactful social enterprises. 🧭 Exploration: RISERS explored the historic old town of Budva, adding a cultural dimension to their experience. 🌟 Gender Workshop: A workshop on gender provided valuable insights and tools for more inclusive practices in entrepreneurship. 📣 Pitching Day: The day concluded with team presentations, highlighting innovative social enterprise concepts and progress made during the bootcamp.    The RISE Bootcamp was a testament to the spirit of innovation and collaboration, leaving a lasting impression on all participants.
