Here's an interesting event coming from the local Russian community IT Connect. It's their first-ever event fully in English, which presents a great opportunity for international connections and the exchange of fresh ideas. In August, we helped out Tanja Lau 🦋 and our colleagues from Product Academy to do a research about burnout in product roles. We're opening the Autumn/Winter '24 meetup season with the "Connect & Learn" event in Belgrade. "Connect & Learn" is an open space format event. There is no predefined agenda. We're there to exchange amongs ourselves, as eaqual participants, on the topics we define and agree are the most important for the majority at that moment. Sva mesta u ovom jesenjem krugu naseg mentorskog programa su popunjena! Insteresovanje je opet bilo veliko tako da nastavljamo daje sa programom. Na prolece krecemo novi krug. 🥳 Svi koji su se prijavili a nisu ovaj put upareni sa mentorom, ili se nisu prijavili, a imali su nameru, su dobrodosli. Divno je sto ljudi koji su vec prosli jedan krug naseg mentorskog programa vide vrednost u njemu i zele da ga ponove, ali potrudimo se da budemo kolegijalni i da damo sansu ljudima koji nisu prosli ni jednom. Jesenja grupa krece ove nedelje sa svojim mentorima. Videce se svi zajedno u ovom krugu bar 3 puta kako bi imali i podrsku svojih kolega, ne samo mentora, uzivo i na Slack-u. It was a week of follow-ups, impressions, insight and feedback. We, as team, are extremely happy and satisfied how this year's Roadmaps Conference went through considering it was our first time to do it over the 3 days, fully in person. It was a big production and a huge learning curve for us. We'll definetly be more ready and knowledgable for the next year. We are extremely greatful to all of the people who made this event possible. 💙 We're so thankful to our partners who were by our side and supported us all the way, regardless of any bloopers we did along the way. They were flying everywhere and picked up all the smallest of details to make our overall experience a great one! She was capturing the atmosphere and egagement when we were too busy to soak up all the things happening around us. In the discussion panel on the #RoadmapsConference this year, we'll be looking in the collaboration and different setups of "Product trio".
