Here you can see Vlad, our creative lead, Magomed, the senior tester, Polina, the SMM manager, and me. Unfortunately, we don't have the opportunity to gather everyone here - in Moscow. Members of our team are spread all over Russia. Tambov, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ulyanovsk, and many other cities! There are even people who live in Thailand! Yes, on the one hand, this complicates team communication. But on the other hand, it allows us to gather the most talented people regardless of their location. Moreover, the freedom of our team - in work, creativity, life, and any other aspects, allows us to create a high-quality product, remain innovative, and entrepreneurial!

We ran a campaign to get Oleg Tinkov’s attention for our idea — to create a metaverse in Roblox and attract 5,000 real bone marrow donors. The mission was crystal clear: to show that being a donor is cool and launch a project that could really make a difference. But here’s what I think is total bullshit: Tinkov, who watched our stories, didn’t respond at all. This isn’t just ignoring us, it’s an absolutely wrong strategy! Dude, you’ve been through leukemia yourself, you’ve got a foundation, you made the film “New Blood,” you’ve talked about it everywhere. And here, when there’s a chance to actually change something — nothing. This is just trash. But here’s what I’ll tell you all: we’re not giving up. Soon, there will be a hard-hitting analysis of the entire campaign — why it didn’t work out, why we’re still moving forward, how we’ll keep pushing, and what’s coming next.
