About us
ii) Aspire Debate Rwanda (ADR) is a youth-centred non-profit NGO found in 2014 with a zeal to empower, and instill critical thinking and other life skills through creating an enabling space for youth to actively participate, engage and influence policy formulation and programs that strengthen the national transformation agenda. To achieve this, the organization focuses on three programs; Life Skills Education for in-school young people, Economic Empowerment for out of school and Advocacy and Awareness of issues that can impede young people from exercising their full potential.
