استضافت شركة أفالون فارما طلاب كلية الصيدلة من جامعة الملك سعود يوم 23 يناير 2025، في إطار التزامها بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية ودعم التعليم والتدريب. بدأت الزيارة بمحاضرة تعريفية عن الشركة، تضمنت عرضًا لتاريخها ورؤيتها وإنجازاتها في صناعة الأدوية. ثم قام الطلاب بجولة داخل المصنع، حيث تعرفوا على خطوط الإنتاج، غرف الثباتية، والمستودعات وآلية إدارة المخزون والتوزيع. في ختام الزيارة، تم تقديم محاضرة عن سوق العمل في قطاع الأدوية، تناولت الفرص المهنية ودور الصيادلة في هذا المجال. وتأتي هذه المبادرة ضمن جهود الشركة لتعزيز المعرفة العملية للطلاب وربطهم ببيئة العمل الدوائية.
