Six years after launching the first generation of our mobile app in 2018, the fourth generation of flynas app is now designed to enhance self-service options, giving passengers more control of their journey with easy access to key functionalities with dozens of new features, including the ability to track and share flights with family and friends and to add documents. The latest flynas mobile app boasts a new user interface design and a dynamic homepage with 13 new features as trending destinations now appear on the homepage, and the navigation menu is in the footer. Other features include a search shortcut, check-in shortcuts, , and ancillary upsell. Through a 5-step booking flow, guests can select, sort, and compare fares, fill in passenger info utilizing saved passenger data and, add priority boarding, select seats, and finally take advantage of more payment options added on the payment page with the ability to scan credit cards from mobile camera. The new version of the flynas app is now available for both iPhone and Android users in the App Store and Google Play, respectively.

In addition to three flynas lounges available free of charge to Nasmiles Prime members at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, and King Fahad International Airport in Dammam, Nasmiles Prime members will be able to avail complimentary access to 18 more Hayyak lounges in different airports around the Kingdom. flynas’s fleet size is moving further to 280 aircraft! We are delighted to announce the signing of a landmark agreement with Airbus of 160 new aircraft. This order, comprising 30 wide-body A330neo aircraft and 130 narrow body A320 family aircraft doubles flynas’s total orders to 280 aircraft. The move aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, aimed at transforming the aviation sector and supporting flynas’s ambitious expansion under the slogan “We connect the world to the Kingdom.” This deal cements flynas’ position as one of the top four low-cost airlines worldwide. The agreement was signed at Farnborough Airshow in London, attended by His Excellency Abdulaziz Al-Duailej, President of the General Authority of Civil Aviation, and Ayed Aljeaid, Chairman of flynas. The signing ceremony featured Bander Almohanna, CEO and Managing Director of flynas, and Christian Scherer, Chief Executive Officer of the Commercial Aircraft and Paul Meijers Executive Vice President Commercial Transactions.

We are pleased to announce the launching of two new routes from our fourth base in Madinah airport to Bahrain and Doha as of September 10, increasing flynas’ flight frequency to the two destinations, in line with our strategic growth and expansion plan, launched under the title “We Connect the World to the Kingdom,” in parallel with the objectives of the National Civil Aviation Strategy to enable national air carriers to contribute to connecting KSA with 250 International destinations and to accommodate 330 million passengers and to host 100 million tourists yearly by 2030 and the objectives of the Pilgrims Experience Program (PEP) to facilitate access to the Two Holy Mosques. Three weekly flights will be operated between Madinah Airport and Bahrain International Airport in Manama as of September 10 and Starting September 12, two weekly flights will be operated between Madinah Airport and Doha.
