Working independent or as part of a project team, the SSIE is the subject matter expert responsible for delivering interface integration design and deployment strategy. Responsibilities: -Lead interface installation and conversion projects as the technical expert to ensure customers, colleagues, and business partners understand interface functions, design, specifications, implementation strategy, and support requirements. -Collaborate with project teams in formulating a project plan and scope of work document to design, deploy, test, and bring live interfaces. -Produce and properly archive requirements, specification, design model, data flow, testing, disaster recovery, and acceptance documentation for system interfaces. -Implement customized Heath Level (HL7) interfaces to integrate all of products into the customer’s information systems environment. -Use well developed problem solving and troubleshooting skills to find and resolve interface issues that arise during testing or troubleshooting.
