We’re excited to be part of MOSAIC (Multilingual Multimodal Centralised AI-based Hub for the European Media Content Market), an EU-funded initiative designed to revolutionise how media is created, distributed, and accessed across Europe. Over the next 18 months, MOSAIC will integrate cutting-edge tools like automatic translation, subtitling, and AI-powered content adaptation, empowering broadcasters, media producers, and independent creators to break down linguistic and cultural barriers, paving the way for a more inclusive and interconnected European media landscape. INFALIA, will initially build upon its Media Annotation and Management (MAAM) platform, developed during the MediaVerse project, as a foundation for its contributions to MOSAIC. MAAM’s advanced AI-driven capabilities—including multimedia analysis, automatic annotation, and content-based retrieval—will be further extended and enriched to meet the new requirements of the project. As part of MOSAIC, MAAM will evolve into a comprehensive multimedia repository for media professionals, with extended functionalities tailored to the needs of broadcasters. Our solutions will integrate with Pangeanic’s AI-based language technologies, enabling seamless multimodal knowledge retrieval ensuring faster and more efficient media access and repurposing. We are excited to announce the official launch of the SAFE project! Supported by the European Digital Programme, SAFE (Security AI for Enhanced SOC) is a transformative 3-year project designed to enhance cybersecurity for National Security Operations Centers (SOCs). This initiative aims to deploy innovative technologies, with AI at the forefront, to boost SOC capabilities in detecting, analyzing, and responding to sophisticated cyber threats. We were pleased to have with us Alexander Kamprad Project Officer, who provided insights about the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre (ECCC) and an overview about the project implementation phase. 🌐Over the next 36 months, SAFE will: · Leverage AI to enhance the detection, analysis, and response to cyber threats. · Develop and automate advanced malware analysis capabilities. · Strengthen network visibility with state-of-the-art monitoring and response solutions. Η infalia, spin-off εταιρεία του ΙΠΤΗΛ με την εφαρμογή "Βελτιώνω την Πόλη μου" - IMC βοηθάει τον Δήμο Θεσσαλονίκης να έχει άμεση εικόνα των προβλημάτων της πόλης και να ανταποκρίνεται στα αιτήματα των πολιτών. Στην ηλεκτρονική εφαρμογή «Βελτιώνω την Πόλη μου», οι πολίτες έχουν τη δυνατότητα να συνοδεύσουν το παράπονό τους με σχετική φωτογραφία και συνολικά, το 2024, 34.863 αιτήματα υποβλήθηκαν στην εφαρμογή. Από τον Ιούνιο ενεργοποιήθηκε και το IMC Call Centre που διασυνδέει το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο με την εφαρμογή "Βελτιώνω την πόλη μου" που προσφέρει στις υπηρεσίες του δήμου την ενιαία διαχείριση των αιτημάτων. The Wi-Fi Sensing Program is officially a wrap! Last week, we gathered our valuable Wi-Fi Sensing ecosystem for an exciting Demo Day of solution showcases, networking, and more. 🤝 The T Gallery at Deutsche Telekom's headquarters in Bonn was the meeting point, bringing together all of our program startups, all business & tech mentors involved, and hubraum's team members that contributed to the Wi-Fi Sensing Program's success, alongside Telekom's ecosystem of internal and external enablers and stakeholders. We kicked off with a detailed program overview keynote from our Technical Program Manager Phillip Balkenhol! Jonathan Abrahamson, CPDO at Telekom, and Hanna Rieke, Innovation Lead at Magenta Home, joined us on-stage with valuable insights. They underlined the strategic role that Smart Home innovation plays at Deutsche Telekom and the importance of delivering a highly personalized experience to Telekom users, making the Wi-Fi Sensing Program ever more important and exciting for our internal stakeholders. 🏆 All startup teams then presented the solutions that have been enhanced with Wi-Fi Sensing in the past months, followed by a Q&A session during which all attendees could get an additional understanding of the intricacies of the startups' solutions, business models, and more.
