Nida Raza Executive Director of Capital Partnerships Development, discussed the evolving real estate sector in Saudi Arabia, emphasizing investment opportunities, mega-event infrastructure and the role of international partnerships in shaping the Kingdom’s next era of growth. From sustainable cityscapes to investment-driven innovation, New Murabba is redefining the future of urban living one step at a time.

On day 2 of #MIPIM2025, #NewMurabba’s leaders took center stage, sharing insights on the future of mega-events and the evolving landscape of urban development in Saudi Arabia. Our Division Head, EPMO & Stakeholder Management, Eng.Eissa Almunif, MBA, PfMP®, PMP® explored how shifting demographics are shaping the future of real estate, emphasizing walkable communities, smart city planning and multi-functional developments. Ashwaq AlBabtain Director of Development, highlighted how New Murabba is setting the stage for the FIFA World Cup 2034 and beyond, designing adaptive infrastructure, integrated event logistics and multi-purpose venues that will transform Riyadh into a global entertainment hub. From global events to everyday experiences, New Murabba is not just building for today, it’s creating the blueprint for the future.
