About the Role

Antal International is exclusively partnering with a leading global Engineering and Project Management company in Riyadh to hire a highly skilled HR Manager (Saudi National). This is a strategic role requiring a professional who understands HR best practices within a structured, international organization and has deep knowledge of Saudi labour laws, contract law, and employee relations.

Reporting directly to senior leadership, the HR Manager will be responsible for aligning HR policies with corporate standards, ensuring compliance with local employment regulations, and fostering a strong company culture.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Strategy & Leadership – Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring smooth HR operations in a structured corporate environment.
• Labour Law & Compliance – Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws, contract regulations, and employment policies. Serve as a key advisor on HR legal matters.
• Employee Relations & Performance Management – Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, handling disputes, grievances, and performance management processes.
• Talent Acquisition & Retention – Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
• Training & Development – Design and implement learning and development programs to upskill employees and enhance workforce productivity.
• Compensation & Benefits – Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation structures.
• Cultural & Organizational Development – Foster a positive, structured, and international work culture, ensuring alignment with global corporate values.

Ideal Candidate Profile

✅ Saudi National with 6+ years of HR experience in an international corporate or structured environment.

✅ Strong expertise in Saudi labour laws, contract law, and compliance.

✅ Experience in engineering, construction, or project management industries is preferred.

✅ Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, professional, and multicultural setting.

✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
