- Support in developing and reviewing the risk framework and all policies and procedures related to enterprise and operational risk function in the Company.
- Assist in executing missions to identify and assess all internal and external risks associated with the Company’s operations.
- Participate in facilitating risk assessment workshops and conduct risk analysis to identify potential areas of concern.
- Assist process owners in the development and maintenance of their risk registers.
- Assist with executing missions to verify that the Company’s risk management framework is effectively implemented by concerned departments.
- Participate in providing advice regarding the development of the internal controls that are suggested by the process owners.
- Maintain risk management reporting and monitoring tools to track key risk indicators.
- Review Key Risk Indicator breaches and escalate to EORM.
- Provide guidance and support to other departments on risk management policies and procedures.
- Support in preparing quarterly and annual Risk Report for onward submission to all concerned parties (CRC, Board, and SAMA).
- Support in preparing monthly and quarterly Expected Credit Loss (ECL) calculation based on the approved policies and procedures.
- Support the EORM preparing the monthly liquidity test based on approved policies and procedures.
- Develop innovative strategies to ensure the company’s critical business functions remain uninterrupted during any disruption.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in finance, risk management, or any related degree.
- Professional certificate such as CBCP is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in risk management within the financial industry.
- Experience in BCM (Business Continuity Management)
