Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a breathing disorder during sleep that has implications
beyond disrupted sleep. It is increasingly recognized as an independent risk factor for
cardiac, neurologic, and perioperative morbidities. Yet this disorder remains undiagnosed in
