Finalist av Årets Unga Idé 2024! 🏆 ⭐️ Bakr Jahhan, Angry Camel är tävlingens andra finalist! De har tagit fram en energieffektiv och miljövänlig teknik för att utvinna protein från grödor med högt oljeinnehåll, till att börja med kikärtor. Visionen är att revolutionera livsmedelsindustrin med ett mångsidigt, miljövänligt och hälsomedvetet alternativ till äggbaserade produkter. Vi passade även på att fråga om företagsnamnet - Angry Camel – Min medgrundare Kotaiba Aal har doktorerat inom marknadsföring och vi ville ha något med en bra story, gärna med en koppling till våra rötter i Mellanöstern. Humor är också bra. Till slut blev det Angry Camel, vilket Kotaibas namn betyder på arabiska. Och det funkar, inga kunder eller samarbetspartners glömmer oss, berättar han.
