Can HR professionals be working Remote? Simple answer - everything HR is doing can be done remotely given your company is in the digital era. ✨ 👩💻 I have been in contact with numerous of companies during the last couple of years and even if the pandemic twirled things up, there is still a belief of very many hiring managers out there that HR needs to be on-site. I believe this to be very old fashioned and maybe connected to a false sense of security that HR will be more connected to the employees and what is happening "on the floor". But as we now in most industries have our work digitalized, our most common way of communicating is via virtual channels such as Skype, zoom, google meet, whatsApp etc, these are the platforms HR needs to be active on.
