Today Catella's Year-end report was released. As a whole, the Group’s total income was impacted by prevailing market conditions, but we have navigated the challenging market, increasing assets under management (AUM), safeguarding liquidity, and maintaining a strong operating profit over the year, despite a significant decline in variable income. The year concluded with a strong quarter, driven by a recovering market and implemented efficiency improvements, supporting an optimistic view for 2025. Catella Real Estate AG, now part Catella’s fund investment platform Catella Investment Management, have acquired three stabilized new logistics properties with a total lettable area of approx. 18,750 m² in the French cities of St. Etienne and Avignon for the special AIF "Catella Logistik Deutschland Plus" (CLD+), advised by local operating partner and sister company Aquila Asset Management. The seller of the fully let properties is the French developer Vectura Immobilier. The long-term tenants are a logistics company and a parcel service provider. Otto Rompelman will take up his new position 1 April, 2025.   Otto Rompelman possesses extensive experience in the Benelux and northwest European real estate investment and financing markets. Over the years he has collaborated with various European and American investors and financiers, providing exclusive strategic and transaction advisory services in Benelux real estate business development. His areas of expertise include strategy formation, origination and structuring of investment and financing initiatives, and establishing asset management and control functions.
