Exazym® Reagent Kits are ultra-sensitive immunoassay signal amplification add-on kits based on Cavidi’s patented BOLD (Binding Oligo Ladder Detection) technology. Exazym® Reagent Kits provide attomole-level detection of low-abundance biomarkers using standard immunoassay workflows. This plug-and-play upgrade of standard immunoassays allows instant access to state-of-the-art limits of detection comparable to the best cutting-edge locked systems on the market. This enables researchers and clinicians to reliably detect biomarkers in extremely low concentrations. It has been demonstrated to achieve up to 100x signal amplification and a 50x lower limit of detection. Unlike other ultra-sensitive signal amplification methods, Exazym® is an add-on reagent that can be used with standard laboratory equipment, previously optimized antibody pairs, and established testing protocols. It dramatically lowers the limit of detection without the need for new equipment or extensive revalidation.
