Five facts about the Elos Medtech site in Rosenheim: 1. Location: Our Elos Life Science production site is located in the Bavarian city of Rosenheim in South East Germany. The landscape around Rosenheim was formed during the last ice age - over 10,000 years ago! Our site measures 5,000 m² and employs 65 people. 2. Validation: We are your full-service-partner for validation, packaging and logistics of medical devices. We know that validations are a crucial part of any medical device on the market. Our unique pre-validated system allows customers to save up to 15 months in their time to market. We do validation, sterile and non-sterile packaging, cleanroom assembly and packaging, labeling, as well as worldwide logistics of medical devices! 3. Packaging: Here we have our own packaging development and design, and produce blisters and trays. We also do the packaging integrity testing (tightness, peelability, seal seam strength and visual inspection) onsite. 4. Technology: Our 400m² cleanroom is equipped with Miele cleaning and desinfecting machines for final rinsing, ultrasonic baths, blister sealing and cutting machines, pouch sealing machines (standard, with vacuum, with nitrogen blower), form-fill-seal-blister machine for hard- and softblisters. 5. Commitment to quality: "The first prioritiy for us is product safety and sterility of the medical device.
