Eversheds Sutherland has advised Tenneco, Inc., one of the world's leading designers, manufacturers, and marketers of automotive products, in connection with its sale of Öhlins Racing to Brembo N.V., a global leader in the manufacturing of high-performance braking systems and components. Öhlins Racing produces a wide range of products, including shock absorbers, front forks, steering dampers, software and algorithms. It is also a supplier of motoracing championships, including Formula 1 and MotoGP. The acquisition is expected to close in early 2025. Eversheds Sutherland acted as local counsel in Sweden and other jurisdictions and the team consisted mainly of Ulrika Sparrman, Anna Wendel Thoms, Per Westman, Elvira Näs from the Stockholm office and Antony Walsh and Michael Hardiman from the London office.

Eversheds Sutherland has advised the sellers of Inuit AB in connection with Germany based ELOVADE Deutschland’s acquisition of the company. As a software distributor, Inuit offers efficient IT solutions that simplify the everyday lives of its customers and specialises in products for IT operations and IT security. The company focuses on creating customer benefits by increasing productivity and providing secure IT platforms. The portfolio includes areas such as ITSM helpdesk, ticket management, client and mobile device management, network and server monitoring, cloud services, IT security, IT analysis, identity access management and active directory. The distributor's most important manufacturers include the international software manufacturer ManageEngine and the Finnish security specialist WithSecure. The transaction was announced 10 September 2024 and closed following customary regulatory approvals. The Eversheds Sutherland's team consisted mainly of Jens André, Anna Thoms, Sina Mindus Amini, Therése Berg, Ludwig Eriksson, Matilda Frykman Krans from the Stockholm office and Dr. Christian Lindner and Dr. Christian Mense from the Munich office.
