We help organizations navigate this uncertainty through our custom course development and workshop facilitation services address the specific challenges that organizations face, such as: • Fostering an innovative culture within the organization • Generating and implementing new ideas effectively • Managing change and uncertainty Our custom course developments cover synchronous, asynchronous, and live training in various areas where we can collaborate with experts in your organization or source experts on different topics from our own network. We use tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Synthesia to make sure you can provide the best experience to your audience. Our workshop facilitation service offers a range of training, including design thinking, lean startup, scenario planning, and business model canvas amongst others. All our workshops are hands-on and ensure that the participants get to practice the tools during the session so they have longer retention of the learnings. These workshops are designed to empower employees with the skills and knowledge they need to drive innovation and achieve success. The concept of loops comes from user-centric design methods where the idea is to do development in incremental loops using the principles of design thinking, lean start-up, and agile. At First Loop, we believe that innovation happens in loops and our goal is to help organizations navigate the first loop of their innovation journey.
