We provide IP cores and supporting development tools for embedded processors. The key products are the LEON/SPARC and RISC-V synthesizable processor models together with a full development environment and a library of IP cores (GRLIB). Our personnel have extended design experience, and have been involved in establishing European standards for ASIC and FPGA development. We have a long experience in the management of ASIC development projects, and in the design of flight quality microelectronic devices. The company specializes in digital hardware design (ASIC/FPGA) for both commercial and aerospace applications.

Today Christian Sayer, our Field Application Engineer, presented the new GR716B rad-hard mixed-signal microcontroller at MEWS 37 hosted by JAXA: Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency. The GR716B features a novel approach for microcontrollers with two extra dedicated processor cores in order to accelerate and control tight timing loops in applications like motor control and DC/DC conversion. #mews37 #spacecomputing #leon3ft #gr716b

The rad-hard GR740 quad-core LEON4FT processor is already on the Moon and has been embarked on several European and American missions. Its TRL 9 status is further strengthened by four tracking satellites launched by the Space Development Agency into Low Earth Orbit in February 2024. The GR740 is available in QML-V & QML-Q quality levels in ceramic packaging and in ECSS-Q-60-13C Class 2 in plastic packaging. #GR740 #SpaceComputing
