🌍 Inner Development as a Leverage Point for Global Sustainability 🌱 As psychologists and researchers dedicated to alleviating human suffering and advancing well-being, we know that meaningful change often starts from within. Finally the cultivation of key psychological capacities is lifted at COP 29, by UN IPCC, The European Parliament as an overlooked, and probably one of the most powerful leverage points for creating a more sustainable and flourishing world? The Inner Development Goals (IDG) initiative explores this very question—recognizing that our ability to navigate complexity, act with courage, and foster deep collaboration is essential for tackling global challenges. Rooted in research and to some extent inspired by CBS principles, the IDG framework offers a roadmap for developing the inner capacities that drive outer change.
