The five R's of Reverse Logistics 📦 Have you ever wondered what happens to a product after you return it? That’s where reverse logistics comes in, managing goods from the customer back to the seller or manufacturer. It starts with RETURN, ensuring quick and smooth handling of returns. When a customer sends back a pair of shoes that didn’t fit, they are inspected to determine the next steps: -RESELL: If in good condition, the shoes can be sold again—no need to waste them! -REPAIR: Minor defects can be fixed before reselling. -RECYCLE: If a product can't be repaired or sold, recycling ensures components don’t go to waste. -REUSE: Parts of products can often be reused, reducing waste and costs.
