    We are thrilled to open a Flagship store in Finland! Heli-Maria Kuosmanen, with long background within KICKS, will now take the role as Store Manager for Flagship. Please find an interview with her below, where she shares what she loves within KICKS and what she is looking forward to in the new role. What is your background? I've been with KICKS for around five years, and it has been an incredible journey. During my time at KICKS, I've had the privilege of wearing many hats. I've worked closely with customers, helping them find the right products and offering tailored beauty advice. I've also been involved in training and mentoring new team members, sharing my knowledge and passion with them. My goal has always been to ensure that every customer leaves our store feeling confident and satisfied with their choices. KICKS has been a place where I can truly express my creativity and help others do the same.   How do you feel about us opening KICKS' first flagship store in Finland? I’m absolutely thrilled about KICKS opening its first flagship store in Finland! It’s a significant milestone, and I’m honored to be part of it. This store will be a game-changer for beauty enthusiasts here, offering an even more extensive range of products and a premium shopping experience. The excitement in the air is palpable, and I can't wait to see how customers react to this new, elevated experience.   What do you look most forward to in your new role?  In my new role, I’m most looking forward to taking on more responsibilities and continuing to grow both personally and professionally. I’m excited to contribute to the success of our flagship store by bringing fresh ideas and leading by example. It’s an incredible opportunity to help shape the customer experience and make a lasting impact on our brand’s presence in Finland.   What do you see as the most challenging aspect of your new role?  The biggest challenge in this new role will likely be meeting the high expectations that come with launching a flagship store. It’s a significant responsibility, but one that I’m ready to tackle head-on. Balancing the demands of the new position while ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of customer service will be key. However, I’m confident that with the support of our fantastic team, we’ll rise to the occasion.   What do you like most about KICKS?  What I love most about KICKS is the company’s commitment to beauty and its dedication to creating a welcoming environment for both customers and employees. KICKS isn’t just a place to buy cosmetics; it’s a place where people can discover and explore their personal beauty style. I also appreciate how the company values its employees, offering us opportunities to learn, grow, and truly be ourselves. It’s a brand that understands and shares my passion for beauty, which makes coming to work every day a joy.

    This morning, we celebrated the re-launch of our own brand, Atelier Rouge! Together with cookbook author and recipe creator Camilla Hamid, we hosted a delightful breakfast event in true French style. For the occasion, Camilla developed new recipes for delicious pastries that match some of Atelier Rouge's irresistible colors, such as Apricot Crush, Sweet Sorbet, Cherry Chérie, and Pain au Chocolat. Guests not only enjoyed these flavorful pastries but also had fun decorating their own macarons. A huge shoutout and thank you to Camilla Hamid for the amazing creations, and a warm thank you to everyone who attended!

    𝗔 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝗤𝟭 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰/𝟮𝟱 Matas Group’s strategy to Win the Nordics is progressing as planned and delivering as expected. ·     Matas Group generated total revenue of DKK 1,956 million in Q1 2024/25 ·     EBITDA before special items came to DKK 293 million ·     Profit for the period after tax amounted to DKK 59 million Gregers Wedell-Wedellsborg, Group CEO: “We have had a good start to the year with growth in underlying sales and earnings. Our strategy to Win the Nordics is progressing as planned, with continued assortment expansion, faster delivery, store upgrades and membership growth. At the same time, we continue to see gains from being a Nordic group. Operations in our new automated KICKS logistics center improved through the quarter and construction of Matas Logistics Center is on plan.     KICKS premieres at this Summer's biggest music festival Way Out West in Gothenburg! On site we have our Glam Station for everyone who wants a glittery and stylish festival look! At the same time, a major take over is taking place all over Gothenburg, where our ambassador and the artist Alba August fronts the campaign.
