Our customers and operators are passionate - both about the forest and our red machines. Many are also interested in photography, which isn’t surprising when they spend so much time in beautiful surroundings. What an inspiring day we had yesterday when we hosted a network meeting with T2Q, a network where diversity and inclusion are in focus. About 40 women with leading positions in the industrial sector in the north of Sweden visited us at Komatsu Forest in Umeå.   T2Q works to highlight and strengthen diversity in the industry, focusing on the fact that diversity is an important key to a successful and profitable company. The network promotes issues related on how we can attract more women to the industrial sector and has over 70 members from about 30 companies.   We were delighted that so many people from diffrent companies wanted to attend the meeting. Last week, Komatsu Forest France brought together its entire service partner network for two days focused on collaboration and shared goals. Day one took place at the unique Garage des Légendes, where they reviewed the past year and set ambitious short- and medium-term objectives. On day two, they visited Sylvamo's paper mill, learning about the journey from wood to paper under the expert guidance of Nicolas Vernet. These experiences have strengthened Komatsu Forest France’s commitment to "Creating Value Together" with their service partner and enhancing collaboration. 🤝

The partnership between Komatsu and Williams Racing is built on foundations of heritage, success and synergy. Not many people know this better than Jim Barker, the team’s Heritage Car Build Manager, who worked directly on the iconic FW18 and FW19 machines of the late 1990s that contained Komatsu gearbox componentry.
