As with many things in life, timing is everything, Magnus Falk explains. “I was quite content in my previous role when I was approached by a recruiter from Lyvia Group. However, when I learned more about the ownership structure behind Lyvia Group, my interest was piqued.” Interestingly, Magnus Falk's journey to Lyvia Group began fifteen years ago during a recruitment process where he first encountered Saeid Esmaeilzadeh. Back then, the timing wasn't right, but now, the opportunity has come full circle, inviting Magnus to this exciting new journey with Lyvia Group. As he settles into his role as Growth Director, Magnus Falk is focused on guiding our CEOs to excel. “My goal is to support and inspire our CEOs to continue doing an outstanding job. With my own experience as a CEO, I hope to challenge and help develop our companies through their boards of directors.” Outside of work, Magnus Falk unwinds by diving into his passions. With a background as an elite athlete in kayaking, training remains an important part of his recovery and relaxation. Meet Pierre Schuster, CEO at Försäkringsfabriken. Pierre Schuster assumed the role of CEO at Försäkringsfabriken in August 2022, with the goal of advancing the company's development. With his extensive background in the insurance industry, Pierre Schuster had encountered the name Försäkringsfabriken numerous times throughout his career but had never realised it was an independent company. Therefore, when he was invited to step in as CEO, he though it was an exciting opportunity to explore the potential within both Försäkringsfabriken and Lyvia Group. "It is exciting to work for a slightly smaller company that offers a lot of flexibility and freedom with responsibility, while still having the security of being part of a larger organisation like Lyvia Group. They provide the support in areas that can be challenging for smaller companies," Pierre Schuster says. Försäkringsfabriken are a natural development partner for banks and insurance companies. They streamline and quality-assure data and processes for banks and insurance companies. What has been the most memorable moment in your journey with Försäkringsfabriken so far? "It's hard to pinpoint just one," Pierre Schuster says.
