Some of the topics covered were: - How curiosity is a value that you need to believe in, and a skill that you need to practice. - How a great leader should have the mindset of “The solution is in the group”. 👉 This means that creating a safe space, valuing others’ input, being quiet, listening actively and showing passions are necessary skills. - How asking the right questions and using the full collective intelligence of a room will unlock and optimize the group’s full potential. ✅ A question becomes powerful when it checks a few boxes: you don’t know the answer, it is open ended, precise, or very short.
