As the evening unfolded, curious students embraced the opportunity to try on the consultant suit and tackle a case competition based on a real business case. This case mirrors the challenges encountered in the daily life of a consultant - where a blend of minimal information, boundless curiosity, and effective client collaboration is key to resolving complex issues under tight time constraints and limited resources. In the true Insource spirit of commitment to excellence, participating groups showcased their ability to deliver possible solutions and skillfully packaged case presentations. While all groups demonstrated remarkable effort, one group distinguished itself and clinched victory in this year's competition. Congratulations to them! 𝗝𝗖 – 𝗱𝗮𝘆 Every year, at Insource, we have the privilege of extending a warm welcome to freshly graduated junior consultants, and it remains one of the most anticipated moments of our calendar. This annual tradition not only signifies a fresh chapter for these curious and enthusiastic junior consultants but also serves as the catalyst for our upcoming consulting endeavors. It's a pivotal juncture for our thriving business, now poised to be enriched by the infusion of new perspectives, ideas, and personalities. Importantly, this occasion allows all of us at Insource to embrace a new cohort of colleagues, with whom we will forge lasting professional relationships and friendships. Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting our autumn cohort for JC-Day, an event designed to provide them with a comprehensive introduction to our company and culture. Throughout the day, our newest team members had the opportunity to connect with existing employees, gain insights into our operations, and immerse themselves in the vibrant Insource atmosphere. We trust that this experience has not only invigorated our new colleagues but also instilled them with the extra motivation needed to excel in their final months of study, all with the exciting prospect of embarking on their consultancy journey with us in September. 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗦𝗮𝗿𝗮, One of the latest additions to our team at Insource. She joined us his summer directly after completing her master’s studies at Umeå School of Business and Economics.  Sara has previous experience in accounting and being president of the student association in Umeå. “My first time at Insource has been fantastic. I have learned a lot through successfully helping clients and getting to know my incredible colleagues at Insource. 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗔𝗴𝗻𝗲𝘀, one of the latest additions to the Insource team. Agnes has a master's degree in economics from Linköping University, majoring in finance. During her studies, she was active in various associations, played volleyball at an elite level, and worked part-time in the security industry. Welcome, Agnes! "Already in the short time that I have worked at Insource, I have developed enormously, not only in terms of my financial skills but in everything that concerns business acumen. I do this together with my colleagues at Insource, who are not only incredibly driven and knowledgeable but also very welcoming.”

𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 & 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 Holidays are around the corner and the new year, 2024, will be a year filled with excitment for Insource. Before we step into the new year, it's time to reflect on the past and we want to send our endless gratitude to everyone involved. Of course, a sincere thank you to all our loyal clients who have been with us over the years as well as new customers for your trust. Also, a big thank you to all colleagues who worked diligently with deliveries together with our clients, continued trainings, and - together - continued to build Insource. Insource is built by our values and it is done together with all employees regardless of level. To preserve this we look forward to welcome new employees whom will join us continuously on our growth journey. Networking, mulled wine and building gingerbread houses was on the agenda. The main purpose with these recurring events we arrange for students, is to give them first hand insights into the business world and help them expand their network. At the same time the events are opportunities for us to learn and get inspiration from both the students and their universities. Thank you to all participating students, see you soon again!
