Today, we celebrate the International Day of Care and Support. It is a perfect time to honor caregivers and highlight their issues within the healthcare sector. One issue that Nordic countries are facing in this field is gender imbalance in care occupations. Despite efforts to promote equality, men face challenges when entering and advancing nursing careers.   To address this, Nordregio is organising a webinar and launch of the report and policy brief.
