Earlier this week, we attended AI Sweden's open house! 🌟 The event featured some very insightful talks about the latest advancements in AI. Nytt IQ’s very own AI expert and enthusiast Brian Noel K. shares his thoughts. 👇 “With the rapid evolution of AI tools and technologies, it’s easy to get caught up with the details. Should we migrate to this tool? Should we change AI providers? These questions are important, but they often overshadow the real priority: how AI is best integrated in organisations and workflows. These are my key takeaways from the event: Change management is the biggest factor driving AI transformation. While data and technology are still definitely important in driving successful AI initiatives, the biggest challenge ties back to people and processes. It’s hard to change how people work. Resistance is one thing, but sustaining is even harder. Responsible AI means focusing on trust over speed. We tend to be so fascinated by the latest technologies and how to incorporate them that we overlook the principles of Responsible AI. But how do we adopt it? Well, that ties back to value but from the perspective of trust, and to build trust, we need to be mindful in all that we do with AI. The future of AI is about creating a sustainable ecosystem. To achieve this, there needs to be a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment. We always hear about sustainable ecosystems, but my take is a reminder from another perspective. Even though the potential for unlocking value from text data is enormous, in many cases there are computing power limitations, complex legal prerequisites, and just a lack of AI expertise. Cooperation is paramount in creating conditions for every organisation to adopt AI. In summary, what I took away from the AI Sweden Open House Event was a refreshing paradigm. One that ensures AI for the future serves as a tool for trust and transformation. Businesses have ambitions, but to innovate and drive real value and progress with AI, they need to invest in change management, embrace responsible AI, and foster collaborative ecosystems.” Thank you for the insightful talks Stefan Wendin, Calle Norling Markai, Kristin Heinonen, Francisca Lundborg, Ph.D., Jonatan Permert and Martin Svensson!
