Quality healthcare depends on fair, proven, and timely assistance. However, girls and women with ADHD frequently fall through the cracks, encountering significant health challenges without adequate support. Letterlife created an app with the purpose of helping them document and track their well-being, learning from factors such as diet, sleep, and menstrual cycles. Based on science-backed insights, personalized strategies and various resources, Letterlife is there to help find what works best for you. Our goal was to create an accessible and visually appealing space that encourages daily use. The app features clear color-coding, gradients and rounded edges to create a calm and inviting atmosphere, and an intuitive interface designed for individuals with attention difficulties, ensuring it is easy to read and navigate without confusion. Since the name 'Letterlife' derives from the Swedish phrase 'bokstavskombinationer' (letter combinations), which refers to the abbreviations used in discussing neuropsychiatric disorders, we created an abstract logotype featuring two L’s to emphasize the medical aspect rather than the literal letters. Let's make sure girls and women with ADHD don't fall through the cracks.
