We brought the snow – London brought the energy!   Skiing in September is pretty farfetched (unless you’re living in the Austrian Alps), but adding London as a prime destination for such activities is nonsense, right? Well, we did it.   To celebrate the opening of our new concept store in Covent Garden, we turned the cobbled streets into a playground for on-snow sessions with our Peak Performance riders and the UK’s rising ski talents.   Thank you, London! London, we have dropped in!   Today, we are bringing the spirit of freeride to the UK for the first time with a new concept store opening in the heart of London, Covent Garden.   "London's world-leading approach to fashion and style, alongside a growing community of new outdoor adventure seekers, makes it an ideal destination for Peak Performance. We couldn't be more excited to open our first-ever store in the UK and the heart of its great capital. Our vision is for our new store to become a meeting place for the local ski and outdoor community and a key destination for international visitors," says Sara Molnar, our Brand President.   The store features a Scandinavian aesthetic, with brightly lit interiors and light wood furnishings. Unique advice and personal guidance from the store's ambassadors will be a key focus, along with innovative personal services.   In London? Visit us in Covent Garden. The store is open 10 am-7 pm Monday through Saturday and 11 am-5 pm Sunday.

Designed to optimize resources and build for longevity, this technical liner reflects our commitment to sustainable practices. Crafted with a keen eye on the future, the Elevate Liner Hood was designed to optimize resources by minimizing fabric waste in production, enabling easy repairs, and ensuring recyclability. “The reduced fabric waste was achieved by rethinking the layout development, and by integrating that into the design process, we turned the problem into the design expression itself,” Erik Stensson, Designer at Peak Performance, explains. While the industry standard is around 80% fabric efficiency, the Elevate Liner Hood, through its innovative low-waste pattern design, achieves a marker efficiency of 90%, setting a new standard in resourcefulness. Peak Performance is more than just a brand; it's a lifestyle. With fellow outdoor enthusiasts, skiers, friends of the brand, and employees, we gathered in our hometown, Åre, for the 10th anniversary of Peak Performance Vertical K earlier in August. This exhilarating uphill race, starting outside our Peak Performance store in the heart of Åre and ending at the top of Åreskutan, is 1,000m of vertical madness in just under 5k. During these days, we celebrated our values and embarked on grand adventures, enjoyed some well-deserved ice cream and pizza, and, most importantly, strengthened our bond with our community. Kudos to our impressive colleagues Maja Lobas, Marketing Production Specialist; Victoria Falkenby, Brand Marketing Manager; and Timothy Pettersson, Assistant Store Manager in our Copenhagen Flagship store, for representing the brand, making it to the summit and finishing the race.
