What an inspiring day with the LEGO Group Design team last week in Aarhus! Peppy agency had the pleasure of facilitating a workshop about the heart of empathy in design. Key takeaways from the day: 🤖 As AI and automation reshape our world, our human skills—like empathy—are more valuable than ever. 💡 WGSN shared with us that two thirds of people globally say they want brands to help them feel intense emotions 💓 🤹♂️ This reinforces my belief that play design should focus not just on entertaining or educating, but on fostering genuine social and emotional connections.
