Pictured here in the Malibu hills during last year's Planhat Open is two-time Ironman and serial ultramarathon runner, Filip Gavefalk. In his spare time, he's also a Customer Success Manager at Planhat. Stockholm born & bred, Filip's equal-parts love of nature and physical endurance borders on obsession. “There are few things in life that bring me more joy than being outdoors, in the Swedish wilderness, slaloming between the cows and horses along the coast, fresh sea breeze as the sun dips below the horizon, and feeling strong in my body – like I could run forever. Being disconnected out in nature is the most liberating thing. I love it.” On running at Planhat Open, Filip says: “I think I have a love-hate relationship with the Malibu hills. The scenery is stunning, but the dry and rough climate definitely adds some 'flavour' to the run. I’m used to the Swedish countryside and fertile archipelago. Renewal ownership can vary across companies, but CSMs are best placed to assess the right path forward for renewals. They have the deepest understanding of the customer's needs, goals, and experiences with the product. Perhaps surprisingly, this isn't the September cover of The Surfer's Journal. This is Planhat's Head of Business Development, Alexander Ehrensvard carving up Dume Point at last year's Planhat Open. Born in Australia, raised on an arable farm in the Southernmost point of Sweden, Alex caught the surf bug while living in Australia as a student. Practicing on breaks in the Arctic circle during the offseason, Alex has since surfed with Planhat on “workations” in Lombok, Cape Town and Chile. On surfing at Planhat Open, Alex says “Point Dume is an epic spot. It's uniquely shallow with an incredible point break, and not too many people find their way out there so you can really find your flow.
