There comes a time in everyone’s life when we meet obstacles. How we manage and get through them varies, but usually, we do get through. Facing obstacles, even at work, is fine. Working together as a team and figuring things out is a sign of a strong and capable workplace. Sometimes, though, collaboration becomes tricky. It's stressful when a glitch or hidden feature in your software slows you down. A fun example: Janet bursts into a colleague’s office, waving her arms with desperation in her eyes, and screams, “It’s not working!” 😱 Most of us need a moment to savor this because Janet loves when someone is struggling. Still, all she needed was a little extra information. Her colleague nonchalantly walked her through the steps with a smug grin. Now, Janet knows what to do and we’re sure she’ll ask other colleagues even more questions in the future. And the colleague?
