We recently caught up with a friend who shared something surprising: his company has completely blocked access to generative AI tools at work. It was quite shocking to hear, as from our personal experience it they've helped us become more efficient and create things we weren't able to do on our own before. It has also helped us focus more on quality work rather than getting bogged down in repetitive tasks. It got us thinking about how tech changes the way we work. While we do understand the concerns – these tools can be misused if not properly managed. But what if, instead of imposing blanket bans, companies took a different approach: 🦄 Offered training on effective AI use and prompt engineering 🦄 Developed clear guidelines for appropriate AI use-cases When teams are equipped and trusted, great things happen.
