SEO isn’t just SEO anymore. It’s branding. It’s digital PR. It’s customer insights. And it’s evolving. Super fast. The first episode of Connecting the dots drops Friday, and we’re kicking things off with a must-know topic: The future of search in an AI-driven era. To break it all down, we're joined by two absolute powerhouses in marketing: 🎤 Kristina Bergwall, SEO Lead at Precis: 13 years in SEO, 10 of them in the UK, leading teams across B2B and B2C. If anyone knows how SEO is evolving, it’s Kristina. 🎤 Lucy Perrott, Head of Growth at Bannerflow: With 12 years in marketing, Lucy leads an 8-person team driving earned, owned, and paid media, plus product marketing and growth strategies. She knows exactly what it takes to turn marketing strategies into real business growth. Bannerflow is a cloud-based platform that helps marketing teams take full control of their digital advertising: designing, scaling, publishing, and optimising campaigns all in-house. And then there’s our host for Connecting the dots, Simone Engbo Hansen, Global Content Lead at Precis. So if search is evolving, what should marketers do next? We’re connecting the dots on Friday. Stay tuned.

If AI is serving up answers directly, how do you make sure your brand is still part of the conversation? With AI-powered LLMs like ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and Perplexity answering queries before anyone clicks a link, the way people search is changing. Fast. So what does that mean for brands? For SEO? For the entire search landscape? That’s exactly what we’re digging into in the first episode of "Connecting the dots", Precis’ brand-new video podcast. And the key term to know is... AEO: Answer Engine Optimisation. We’ll break it all down. Episode drops Friday. Get your headphones (and maybe a notepad), because this is one you don’t want to miss. We're so excited to share it with you! 💙

Retailers have A LOT on their plate: balancing online and offline sales, shifting focus to profitability, and attracting the right customers, not just more of them. At D-Congress, our Analytics Director, Hanna Shirkavand, joined Google and Åhléns AB to talk about what actually moves the needle in omnichannel measurement. Brands like Åhléns are proving that when you align media investments with profitability, customer loyalty, and long-term growth (instead of just chasing numbers) the results speak for themselves. Retail is changing super fast, but one thing stays the same: the brands that measure what truly matters are the ones that win. Thanks for having us, D-Congress! 💙

Great hiring starts with fairness – and now we’re officially certified in it by Recruitment Without Bias! 🎉 Over the past year, our Talent Acquisition team has taken a hard look at where we can do better: refining processes, identifying blind spots and making meaningful changes – with our recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership all in the mix. As part of the pilot programme for this certification, we worked closely with Recruitment Without Bias to help define what fair hiring should look like in practice. We’re proud to be the first company ever to receive this certification, and even prouder of the people who made it happen 💙

Are AI agents worth the hype? ICYMI: OpenAI's latest launch, Operator, is just the newest AI agent built to do things, not just suggest things. These tools can take action autonomously, whether it’s booking your flights, running customer support, or managing workflows. Understandably so, this is both exciting and unsettling for businesses. On the one hand, AI agents promise efficiency, scalability, and cost savings like never before. On the other, they challenge control, oversight, and trust in automation. So, what does this mean for us marketers? 1️⃣ We’ve already embraced AI in bidding, content generation, and analytics. Now, agents can run campaigns, test creatives, and optimise in real time without waiting for human approval. This might be the jump from automation to autonomy! 2️⃣ BUT an AI agent that acts on its own is a double-edged sword. You'll need stronger brand safeguards to ensure the AI agent aligns with business goals, ethics, and your brand tone of voice. 3️⃣ Like our Head of Tech Product Jonas Baek says, AI won’t replace marketers, but it will change our jobs. Less manual execution, more strategy, creativity, and AI oversight. Might be worth a try?😉 One thing’s for sure: the shift from AI tools to AI agents is happening, and marketing is one of the industries set to change fast – whether we like it or not. Have you tried AI agents already?

Takeover Simone Engbo Hansen: Lights, camera, action! 🎬 Yes, this is a real studio: built to give you better insights into what’s happening in the marketing industry. It’s not long ago that I stepped into the role of Global Content Lead at Precis, and one thing became clear immediately: The sheer depth of knowledge across this company is incredible. And what’s the best way to share it? Video. Lots of video. That’s why we’re going all in and setting up not 1, but 2 video studios so we can bring more expertise, insights, and behind-the-scenes stories straight from the Precisers themselves. As you can see, the marketing team and I have been very busy getting everything in place. And this is just the beginning. No more spoilers for now – you’ll have to stay tuned to see what’s coming. See you soon on a screen near you!✌️
